  • Where does BinFresh provide services?
We clean bins all over Nashville! More information on specific zip codes and areas coming soon.
  • Okay, so I should clean my trash bins. Can't I do it myself?"
We guarantee you can't get your bins as clean as we can AND we're eco-friendly. We'll even take away the dirty water we use and dispose of it in an environmentally safe way.
  • Is it worth the money to get my bins cleaned professionally?
You bet it is! Wanna know what lives in your trash bins? Bacteria multiplies by the second and creates a health hazard. BinFresh will make sure your trash bins are cleaned and sanitized to eliminate 99.9% of bacteria, fungi and viruses.
  • Exactly how often should my trash bin get cleaned?
We think monthly is best, but we offer a variety of different payment options so you can choose what you think will be right for you.
  • How will I know that my bins have been cleaned?
Trust us, you'll be able to tell the difference. We'll also stick a little piece of tape on the top of the bin just to let you know we did our job!
  • What is the BinFresh operating schedule like?
Once you register for whichever membership is right for you, you’ll always receive a text message reminder the day prior to your next scheduled bin cleaning session.
  • I missed my scheduled service! What do I do?
Although we'll remind you the day before your scheduled cleaning, we know things sometimes happen. If you do miss a day, we’ll take care of it on the next cleaning day we can for you.
  • This isn't bad for the environment, is it?"
No! We wash your bins inside and out using high-pressure water and eco-friendly cleaning products to steam and kill 99.9% of bacteria, fungi and viruses currently living in your trash bin. Since we take the dirty water and dispose of it in an environmentally safe way, the best part is you will feel better knowing that harmful chemicals, such as Clorox, will not seep into the groundwater or storm drains that end up polluting our rivers, streams, and lakes. It's a win, win for you, your neighbors and your communities!
  • Does this service waste a lot of water?
Surprisingly, no! We've got the process down so that we use substantially less water than you would if you were to clean your own bin with a garden hose. An added benefit: our truck collects all water used to wash the inside of the bins in a special holding tank to be properly and safely disposed of per EPA requirements.
  • Alright, one last question. How will you protect my information?"
We've got your back. All information provided to BinFresh is kept strictly confidential and will never be shared with any other entity.
